* To camp 17 is an additional 2.1 miles for a total of 26.9 miles.

* Pickup at Snoqualmie Pass PCT parking lot.


Nutritional Requirements

Water
* On a cool day… 15-20 ounces of water per hour.
* On a hot day… 30 ounces of water per hour.

Electrolytes
* Base this on feel. Have a bottle with Nuun that you can sip from when you crave it.

Food needed

Bars
* RX Bars
* Quest Bars
* Clif Bars
Snacks
* Plantain chips
* Trail mix
* Chocolate covered espresso beans
* Baby food packs
* Hot chocolate
Meals
* Almond butter, honey, and banana sandwiches
* Pickle sandwiches for day #1
* Night #1 – Gnocchi, marinara, and sausages
* Breakfast(s) – Oatmeal, almond butter, protein powder
* Bring extra of this for possible snacks.
* Night #2 – High calorie soup, or protein shake
